Elizabeth Olsen was born in Sherman Oaks California on February 16th of 1989. She was the sister to actresses Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen. Her career began acting in her sisters' films as a youngster and began developing her own career in her 20s in film roles. Olsen was able to make her debut in the professional world in the year following in which she received praise for her performance in Martha Marcy and May Marlene.
